charity direct mail

Challenge

A key organisation during the pandemic offering support throughout the pandemic, Christians Against Poverty (CAP) enlisted the support of Propack to support their COVID 19 Crisis Appeal with a charity direct mail campaign

CAP coordinate hundreds of volunteers in their network of partner churches, ready to deliver emergency relief to those who need it most. They are perfectly placed to help their most vulnerable clients find the support they need, so that nobody is overlooked.

In this time of need, CAP needed to respond to help those in debt who have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic. (More info at: capuk.org).

Objective

To utilise charity direct mail strategy and produce a COVID 19 Crisis Appeal for 29,000 recipients with a fundraising target of £80,000 within an extremely tight timeframe.

Overview

In a challenging environment, we worked collaboratively with CAP to make this COVID 19 Crisis Appeal happen. We employed our extensive colour digital Print offering to dramatically reduce the production time against conventional processes as part of the charity direct mail campaign.

Within days of the mail landing the appeal had already generated in excess of £400,000, a figure which continues to grow. CAP’s generous supporters have clearly demonstrated that they are very keen to find a way to support those in need across the country right now.

At Propack, our primary focus is decarbonisation and reducing our impact on the environment.

Working with our partners, we have created an environment where all companies are aligned in their direct mail marketing goals to have a sustainable and responsible supply chain.
