direct mail specialist

Challenge

The group of VW dealerships had exhausted sales within their existing database, and as a direct mail specialist we were tasked with how we could support the development and growth of new customers.

Objective

To produce a campaign that would generate attendees to a Sales Event.

Overview

Having previously delivered a large number of successful campaigns within the Automotive industry, we were approached for our thoughts and suggestions.

Following a proposal and review period, we are were appointed as the direct mail specialist to deliver a Partially Addressed Mail campaign to 10,000 recipients.

Detailed geo-demographic analysis on existing customers allowed us to recommend lookalike potential customers, generating a new mailing list as a new target audience.

The new data base was to be split over 4 dealer locations, using drive time analysis we could identify the nearest dealer site to the potential customer.

The campaign generated 372 sales leads which created an amazing 81 cars sold over the 4 day campaign.

As a direct mail specialist, our primary focus is decarbonisation and reducing our impact on the environment.

Working with our partners, we have created an environment where all companies are aligned in their direct mail marketing goals to have a sustainable and responsible supply chain.
