Print and direct mail specialist Propack has marked its 30th year of business with record growth, following the restructuring of its senior leadership team.

January this year marked the company’s highest ever monthly turnover, according to the Huddersfield-based business, putting it on track to achieve £11.6m turnover, up 28% on the previous year.

The business has moved into a 24-hour production cycle as of April this year, to improve efficiency and turnaround times.

Headcount has also increased from 52 employees in 2025, to 57, alongside the hiring of new apprentices and investment in specialist roles in its data and technology team.

It follows a recent leadership restructuring, with Emily Peacock promoted to commercial director in October, having held various roles across client services, implementation and project management. She initially joined the business as an account manager in 2017.

Molly Turner stepped into the role of sales director in October to lead on new business strategy. She has worked in account management and business development since joining the firm in 2019.

“Reaching 30 years in business is a huge milestone, but what’s most exciting is where we are today,” said Propack CEO Jason Clough.

Previously managing director, Clough moved into the role of CEO three years ago following a management buyout, with an aim to focus on long-term strategy and growth.

Clough continued: “The changes we’ve made to our structure, our people and our approach have created a stronger, more agile business that’s built for the future.

“We’re seeing that reflected in our growth, in the clients we’re working with, and in the opportunities ahead.

“Propack today is more than a mailing house, we’re a modern, solution-led partner helping our clients to adapt and succeed in an ever-changing landscape.”

Since last December a number of new clients have been secured, the business added, including brands Blacker Hall Farm, Car Finance 24-7 and Eden Valley Hospice.

Other clients include TUI, Moonpig, Centrepoint and Travis Perkins.

The company also holds partnerships with suppliers including Xerox and AD3 Envelopes.

Founded in 1996, Propack operates out of a 2,787sqm site where it can produce over 35 million mail packs per year.

An event was held on 23 April at The Venue in Halifax to celebrate its 30th anniversary, with over 200 staff, clients and suppliers attending.

The night included a fundraiser for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, which Propack has supported since 2010.
