The project was named Innovation of the Year at the PrintWeek Awards 2023 ceremony in London this month. The event was attended by almost 700 industry peers, with Propack’s award being presented by TV comedian, Russell Kane.

Propack was recognised for its work transforming TUI’s brochure offering with a bespoke, ‘build-your-own-brochure’ platform. The solution allows TUI customers to design, view and order a bespoke holiday brochure online with their personalised holiday criteria, which is then printed and mailed to them.
Propack’s solution resulted in over 15,000 orders being received prior to the platform being actively promoted by TUI.

As well as providing a seamless customer experience, the brochure solution is fully FSC certified, uses plastic-free alternatives to traditional laminate, with the end products being 100% recyclable.
The award win highlights Propack’s growth and successes over the last year, including the launch of its very own ‘cards with a conscience’ greeting card brand, Planet Bee Cards.

TUI’s head of content, Claire Dormer, said: “Propack’s innovative solution has transformed our brochure marketing, allowing us to track, quantify and increase the value of brochures, reduce wastage and gain greater insights.
