High Seat Ltd have been handcrafting beautiful chairs, sofas and beds for over 50 years. Their furniture is ergonomically designed with a clearly defined target audience.

Propack have been successfully producing effective Direct Mail campaigns for HSL for a number of years.

Objective

The client’s objective was to engage with existing and prospect customers with a personalised letter and matching voucher. The voucher was to be variably printed in metallic gold using our Xerox Iridesse technology.

Due to the demographic of HSL customers; to have a piece of print which is both personalised and accompanied with a corresponding money off voucher both generates interest and increases sales.

Overview

The audience responded extremely well to the campaign. The personalised mail pack included the variable voucher printed in gold which proved to be very effective and had real resonance with the audience.

Following the mailing HSL had some really positive results with notable increased sales, easily measurable by the use of the money off vouchers.
